While we provide free estimates, design and draft work is fee-based. Any accumulated fees will be applied toward the project when the contract is signed.
Our renovation process begins with an on site consultation. We will listen to your ideas then provide our suggestions for your project. Either at this first meeting, or shortly thereafter, you will be given an estimate. Once we have your approval, we will follow up with a written proposal detailing all work to be completed by Capitol Builders Group.
